Cochran Mill Nature Center is located just 20 minutes south of Atlanta in Palmetto, Georgia. The center's log structure is located by a pond on fifty privately-owned, heavily-wooded acres. Whether hiking, participating in an environmental education program or dropping by for a relaxing hike or day by the pond, Cochran Mill Nature Center has something for you. We have recently partnered with an incredible non-profit organization called One More Generation or OMG. OMG, founded by Carter (9) and Olivia (7) Ries, is dedicated to the preservation of endangered species. Their goal is to ensure all endangered species survive at least One More Generation...and beyond.
